Edward “Eddie” Rumsey, Registered Professional Land Surveyor (R.P.L.S.), established All Star Land Surveying In 2003. Eddie moved to the Austin area from Los Angeles, CA in 1992 and was employed with Dewey H. Burris and Associates, Inc. in Austin, Texas for about 10 years. During his tenure with Dewey Burris, he worked towards obtaining is R.P.L.S license for the State of Texas with a dream of someday owning his own business. After receiving his license in 2003, his dream of being a surveyor/business owner quickly became a reality. 

Starting out small, with a staff of three, and a philosophy that success would  only come by providing quality, on time service at an affordable price, All Star quickly developed a reputation of just that… having the quick turn around, the most competitive fees, and best of all… “All Star” Service.

Today, with our staff over 30, All Star continues to grow and become even more successful. Thanks to the relationships we have developed by living up to Eddie’s philosophy of providing the best possible service in our industry, hands down.
